The Alan Davidson Foundation is a UK registered charity set up by our late founder Alan Davidson. The foundation has a strong focus on MND research, as well as architecture, care, and communication initiatives that benefit those with disabling neurological conditions. Alan was diagnosed with MND in 2012, and died in August 2018.
HD5K is a charity run organised by Hayes Davidson and The Alan Davidson Foundation, and takes place in London’s Hyde Park, each year. A hundred of the UK’s top architects and designers are invited to compete in the 5K race, raising funds and awareness for the Motor Neurone Disease Association. All funds raised are matched by The Alan Davidson Foundation. The 2022 run raised £40,000, since its inaugural run in 2018, HD5K has raised over £240,000.
Article 25 is a humanitarian charity that manages sustainable architecture projects in areas of extreme poverty and disaster. Hayes Davidson supports Article 25 with fundraising initiatives such as ‘10×10’; a fundraising auction in support of Article 25 and its ongoing work with vulnerable communities around the world.
