Hayes Davidson

Partners. Hayes Davidson is 100 percent employee owned and everyone in the company is a partner. The Employee ownership model reflects longstanding Hayes Davidson principles and the studio's way of working; reinforcing transparency,
professionalism and collaboration.

A Partner group. has experts responsible for studio management, art direction, leading projects and the professional development of all partners. Project leads have a range of skills and experience and are carefully matched to projects. Artists are always credited for their work.

Alan Davidson. Alan studied Fine Art and Architecture at Edinburgh University and qualified as an architect in 1986. He founded Hayes Davidson in 1989 after working with RSHP. Alan leads development of the HD practice structure.

Neil Hughes. Neil came to Hayes Davidson having built experience in major London based post-production digital facilities specialising in film and visual effects. As Managing Partner, Neil leads the management and operations of the studio. He is often found leaving last at parties.

David Bullock. A 3D Design graduate, David has led a wide variety of projects ranging in size and complexity, collaborating closely with many major practices including Zaha Hadid Architects, RSHP, Daniel Libeskind and Renzo Piano.

Phil Coyle. Phil studied Architecture at the University of Brighton and Oxford Brookes and worked in architectural practices in London and Lisbon. He is closely involved in the creation of architectural and creative work and has led UK and international based projects.

Jon Ogilvy. Studying at Bournemouth University Jon built skills in 3D, animation and architecture. Jon has contributed to many of HD’s creative and architecture projects, working with clients that include Foster + Partners, Renzo Piano and Allies and Morrison.

Anna Parry. Anna is a graduate in Product Design and Development. Originally training as a leather-worker and pattern cutter, Anna has extensive experience specialising in project management. Anna joined the senior management team in 2015.
