Public Inquiries

Hayes Davidson has a highly successful track record of major permissions granted and decisions after public inquiry.

Hayes Davidson has built a reputation for pioneering new 3D visualisation techniques for planning, and has developed rigorous methods to ensure precision and accuracy. This, combined with the skills to address and report against complex visual issues, has meant that the studio has been commissioned to support more major London public inquiries than any other company, including leading visual work on the Heron Tower, The Shard, Lots Road and Doon Street.

The studio has most recently led cumulative visualisation work on the 1 and 20 Blackfriars Road projects by Ian Simpson and Wilkinson Eyre. The inspectors report is expected to be issued early 2009.

"I would accept that the applicants have employed the market leaders in their field" Report to the Secretary of State: the Heron Tower at 110 Bishopsgate, London.
